POSITION SUMMARY
A Japanese company dedicated to enriching people's lifestyles is seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to strengthen its HR department in response to organizational growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Management
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and offboarding processes
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies
Support employee productivity and alignment with company mission
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Manage compensation, benefits, leave, performance reviews, training, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies accordingly
Additional Responsibilities
Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to improve internal systems
Lead hiring strategy and monitor progress across departments
Stay informed about industry and market trends
Drive special projects such as M&A or organizational restructuring
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with HRIS and talent management platforms
Speaking, Reading, Listening Japanese
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR)
Understanding of retail operations, marketing, e-commerce, and corporate functions
Experience reporting to international headquarters
